22 May 2010 In case of interstate sale without c form what woudld be the rate of tax and on invoice in the place of tax what word shoud be written CST or Vat, Its urgent please.

22 May 2010 Retail invoice issued for Central sale

for unregisterd dealer state vat rate applicable in central sale

suppose Vat CST for unregistered dealer

Item1 4% CST4%
Item2 5% CST5%
Item3 12.5% CST 12.5%
Item4 Nil CST NIL
