To Know result Roll Number is compulsory, so you try to get your roll number from the documents available with you,means from questions papers(if you noticed your roll no on that you can recover) or based on your friends roll number who write exams with you on the same center etc...
Otherwise contact examination department they may help you, otherwise has to wait upto receipt of hard copy of marks list.
