Resubmission of e forms to mca portal

06 January 2012 E form 1 is marked for resubmission advising to make a change in the main objects , also to make a change in the subscriber page .
But the subscribers are asking for some more changes in the MOA .

Can we submit (attach) a fresh MOA while making the resubmission incorporating all these

06 January 2012 yes you can submit new memorandums after changes but must incorporate error marks marked by ROC.....change your main object clause....make changes in subscribers page...and also make thes changes as you want.

06 January 2012 You can't make changes like..

1. Change in name clause
2. Change in Situation clause.
3. Change in capital clause.
4. Change in liability clause

alternatively u can change object clause...or subscriber clause

07 January 2012 As per my view all these 4 clauses can not be changed because of approval of these in form 1A..

But Keeping the ASC same, we can change number of Shares and their Face value.
