Change of Registered Office:
“RESOLVED THAT the Registered Office of the Company be and hereby shifted from =--------------------- to -------------------- within the State of--------------.â€
“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT there is no change in the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies.â€
“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT --------------------------is hereby severally authorized to file forms, documents etc. with the Registrar of Companies for the said confirmation and to do all such acts and things as may be necessary in connection therewith or incidental or ancillary thereto.â€
