Sri..... submitted a proposal for opening a branch at........ After going through the justification and viability of the proposal in detail,
It was unanimously resolved by the Board to open a branch at.....
Sri.........director is hereby authorised to take such steps as to approve the selection of the place, negotiation of rent, staffing and all other matters incidental to the establishment of the branch.
Further resolved that the said director is empowered to delegate such resposibilities to such officials of the branch as to the registration for various statutory compliances.
