05 September 2012 Though "Resolution" word is used in the meeting, like Speaical Resolution, ordinary resolution, board resolution. Then why do we talk about "Resolution" after holding the meeting, like make a Board Resolution on a paper?

Plz tell also that Minutes and Resolution are separate thing?

05 September 2012 minutes are the recording of the proceedings of hte meeting. whatever disucssed and happend in the meeting is recorded this is called Minutes.

Resolutions are records of the decisions taken in the meeting. To have the verbal decision in writing. special/ oridnary resolution depends on the criticality of the decision. board resolution means resolution passed in the BOD meeting and so on.
