01 December 2012 If Md resigns from BOD as well as from directorship of the company simultaneously, then should his resignation letter be 'Resignation as MD from the company' or 'Resignation as MD and Director of the company'?

The can write both. But if he mention that "Resignation from the Post of Director" then it will be good.
