to get the same cancelled name(due to 60 days over from the date of application) for a company we need to resubmit the same SRN or need to file new INC -1 ?

04 February 2015 you need to file a fresh application for the same and it is better to file a declaration along with the form that due to some unavoidable reasons you are not able to incorporate the company.
