Dear Sir, My client wants to donate some amount to Flood Relief Fund in Bangkok, Thailand in which their hotel is working. So, plz let me know whether this transaction require form 15CB or not?? And also plz share treaty between India & Thailand.. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

Thanks a lot for giving prompt answer.. But, can I get the authenticity of this answer? And if the word is used 'to transfer', then whether this answer remains constant?
