I want to know the requirements for filling of Annual return in case of Public ltd co.having authorised Sh Capital Rs.30 Crore, and issued and Paid up 3 Crore.

Your first financial year would be from June 17, 2008 to March 31, 2009 i.e. a period of 9 months and 14 days. Accordingly keeping in view the provisions of Section 166 read with Section 210 last/due date for holding your first AGM would be 16 December 2009 i.e. with in a period of 18 months from the date of incorporation i.e. June 17, 2008.
As per section 166 first AGM should have been held with 18 months from the date of incorporation of the Company.
Further as per Section 159 Annual Return should be filed with in 60 days from the date of AGM of the Company. So in your case last date for filing Annual Return would be February 15, 2010.
