16 December 2011 No thanks giving letters are required to be sent to Income Tax department. These letters are of the type of "Do not Reply".

If you feel certain problem go for rectification U/s 154 by mentioning the mistake.

16 December 2011 rectification u/s 154 is proper reply......
my reply to income tax officer is accepted by the the officer
1. i attached a copy of ITR.
2. a copy of 26AS
3. Form 16A.
