Can repayment of principal portion of Loan be availed for Commercial building that is let out during the year be claimed as a deduction under 80C.

80C Deduction is for Housing Loan for Constructed house or for Construction even if Self Occupied or Let out. In other cases no Deduction available.

No. The deduction can not be claimed under section 80C. The interest can be claimed in income from house property but not 80C
