I Have paid a Stamp duty and registration on 28.03.2010 of Rs. 110000/- can I take rebate under section 80-C for F.Y. 2009-10, and which supporting is required. kindly suggest.

Yes you can take deduction of stamp duty and Registration Under 80 C subject to 100000/- . Supporting are not required under the current form of ITR, to claim such deduction.
