Rental agreement for private limited office space

This query is : Resolved

05 December 2013 Dear Sir,

We have rented a room of size 135 sq.ft for our registered office. The owner of the house is my grandfather and he had two sons. Still the property is not separated legally but verbally done. The office space is in the first floor and in my father's share. But now he was expired and my mother is alive and who is the first legal heir. How to enter into the agreement to take the premises for the business?

05 December 2013 Also Pls provide me some format for the agreement.

05 December 2013 Please check in whose name the utility bills or comping for that premises. The agreement will be made in that name with company in whose name such bill is coming.

05 December 2013 All bills, property tax, water tax and electricity tax are all in the name of my grandfather but he is not alive. We can produce affidavit in the name of the legal heir.

05 December 2013 So kindly change the name of your grand father on this bill there after you can made agreement on it.

Affidavit % legal paper is not considered by ROC.

06 December 2013 Thanks. I will follow as per your instructions.
