One of my clients has given a running factory on Rent. The business expenses such as Depreciation on Plant & Machinery, Salary being paid to the Plant Manager, R&M of the Plant, all legal expenses as connected with land and building of the factory shall be considered as business loss and business loss shall be claimed in computation. Am I right Sir ?
