We are a private ltd co, and we have rented some part to other party nad they pay us rent every month, so please help me to complete the following procedure in tally erp. what all should to be done, please explain in step by step manner,

Rent received is ur income. U have to raise invoice to the tenant and issue them rent receipt. Ensure that u have registered ur self in service tax if ur turnover crosses 9 lac in a year.
