I have a Office Which i give on rent
income From Office rent Chargeable in which head ?
Income From House property or Income from Other Sources

07 June 2012 Income from house property is applicable to residential house property given on rent.

Accordingly rental income from letting out office shall be taxable under the head Income from House Property.
