15 December 2013 under rent a cab scheme service receiver has to pay service tax on 40% of bill under certain conditions. what are these conditions and whether under reverse charge mechanism one has to pay 40% of40% of service tax

15 December 2013 If recipient is receipt the services from pvt ltd. company then no need to pay service tax under reverse charge system otherwise you need to pay service on 40% of the total value.
