please clear the confusion relating to table A of Schedule V of section 196 and 197 of Companies Act, 2013. in our companies case: in Schedule V of table A, if companies profit is inadequate, Company can give 42 lakh Remuneration to its Managing director, double the limit after shareholders approval.
my question is whether this limit applicable only to Managing director only or other Whole time director and Managing Director??
