Please suggest me the remedy for non deduction of tds for a party and the total payment is made without deducting the tax.

05 September 2011 1) u can deduct the TDS from the next payment and pay with intt.
2) take this payment as net of TDS and gross up the amount and make the payment out of ur own pocket to negate the disallowance.
