21 February 2012 Is there any abatement on the Works Contract Act,2007 that Service Tax is charged @ 60% and VAT @ 40% on the value of services rendered...??
Please share links if possible to explain the matter

21 February 2012 No abatement scheme under works contract services, only regular & composite tax scheme need to be followed
