Please tell me one of the client starting a business designing of Pamphlet, cards, boaters, banner giving to printer after printing he raising invoice to his customer in invoice he want to collect VAT?, Service Tax?, or Both or WCT.

19 August 2013 Yes this is a job work and falls under the definition of works contract and both VAT & ST shall be chargeable on the basis of percentage fixed by the respective state. Since you have not mentioned about the State in which this is being done it is not possible to give you correct reply.
