22 January 2014 As per S.194-IA TDS required to be deducted when purchase of Immovable property is more than Rs. 50,00,000.00 w.e.f. 01.06.2013

Then my question is that if payment is made before 01.06.2013 say for 28.05.2013 then TDS deductible or not??

In that case no TDS since payment is made before date of effect of said rule.

And if there is four co-owner of the seller of property then what is treatment??

and if more than one buyer buy single property then what is treatment??
