A is Subsidiaries company of B. and B send its all courier thr. D company. so when D company raised bill of couriers on B company, there are some courier which are send by B on behalf of A co. and for that B company takes money from A comapany ( for courier charges which are send by b on behalf of A co.) Now tell me, whether this transaction should be shown in related party transaction or not

You can take separate Bill from D Company. by the name A & B. Take bill from D Co. on name of A Co. which B Co. want to be recover from A Co.
