17 July 2010 A pvt. ltd. company, XYZ pvt. ltd., have only two directors, and one of them given a unsecured loan of RS. 15000/- to XYZ pvt. Ltd, can it is required to disclose as per AS - 18 in Audit Report of XYZ Ltd.?
