23 December 2013 1> IF I FILE RETURN EARLIER BUT IN THIS FINANCIAL YEAR MY INCOME DID NOT COVER/EXCESS TAXABLE INCOME, SHOULD I FILE RETURN OR NOT?
2> IF ONE PERSON PAY TAX AND FILE RETURN BUT AFTER THAT HIS/HER INCOME DOESN'T ELIGIBLE FOR PAY TAX, SHOULD HE/SHE NEED TO FILE RETURN?

23 December 2013 If once a person file their income tax return, then should be file their return of income regular irrespective of the basic exemption limit or taxable income or tax liability etc..... upto as they having income(earning income) or their death.

In case if the assessee's income doesn't exceeds basic exemption limit or as per IT act need not to be file case for continues of 3 years and assuming or possible to having same situation in future years then first we have to make a request to AO to stop filing of IT returns then submit last year for that year and stop returns. Otherwise you may face some problems.
