We want to register One of colony in JAipur City,as Nagrik Vikas Samiti, pls details hoe w to form Such samiti & Where its registered

It depends what for you want to register it. If it is for the locality then you have to form a housing co-operative society, if you want to do some charity then you have to forma trust which will be a charitable trust. If you want the same as NGO then you have to form a NGO and register with the Commissioner of firms and Societies.

All colony residents want to form a some type of entity , whose objective is to collect money from residents than use the same for development of such colony ad annual activities??????
