Registration period so final attempt will not shift

11 December 2013 If transfer Date is 15-7-13 and still not register any where so can somebody tell me the gap period between transfer date to Re-registration date of under new principal so my final attempt will not shift.mean from which date i have to get register my self
Pls urgent reply.

11 December 2013 Yes, the time period from the date of transfer till the date of re register for article ship will not be counted in your 3 years of article ship and your final attempt will be shifted accordingly.

can you tell me when should i get re register so my attempt will not affect i have taken transfer 15-7-13 but till now not get register myself because I am searching for good firm but i m working form September 2013 under new CA as an article assistant .

12 December 2013 As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

As per this your 30 months will over in Nov, 2015 so you will be eligible for May 2016 attempt.

12 December 2013 Dear Sir i had started my article ship on 14-3-13 and according to this 30 months will complete on 13-9-15 so according to this my attempt will fall down in November 2015 and as you told that my attempt will be may 2016 is it after gap period?

12 December 2013 As you earlier said that you have taken transfer in July 2013 and re join in september 2013.

In between you had made gap of approximately 2 months.

12 December 2013 if this gap period can cover by back date registration than will i able to give exam in nov 15.
if your ans will be yes than when i have to get register my self ? (means if i register my self with my new principle from 1st Aug 2013 than what will be consequence?)

12 December 2013 Yes, if you start you article ship from August 2013 then you can gove exam in Nov, 2015 attempt.

12 December 2013 Dear Sir 30 month for 2.6 year article ship include leaves taken for exam or not means it will be counted as article ship period for 30 month or not. if during article ship leave has been taken 1 month and 15 days.

LEAVE

The trainees earn leave at the rate of one - sixth of the period actually served by them. Leave due shall ordinarily be granted, if reasonable notice has been given to the Principal by the trainee. In order to prepare for the examinations of the Institute, the trainees shall be granted leave for two months or to the extent of leave due, whichever is less, provided an application for the leave has been made at least 15 days in advance. The days on which a trainee appears for the examination conducted by the Institute (including holidays) are counted as a period on duty. Regulation 59 regarding leave to an Articled Assistant and Regulation 74 regarding leave to Audit Assistant.

A trainee shall be treated on duty for a period of 20 days for undergoing 100 Hours Information Technology Training and for appearing in 3 hours online examination for the said programme. The Principal should also encourage trainees during the practical training to attend conferences, seminars,etc., relevant to the chartered accountancy course. Regulation 59(7) specifies that the attendance by a trainee, with the consent of the principal, at a conference, course or seminars organised by the Institute, including a Regional Council or a Students’ Association or a Branch of a Regional Council for the benefit of students, is treated as a part of the training period actually served.

The details of the Seminars/Conferences attended by the student should be submitted to the Institute alongwith the Diary /Summary Report of Diary on completion of the Training period. A trainee who takes leave in excess of the leave to which he / she is entitled is required to serve for a further period equivalent to the excess leave taken by him / her.
