Can some body provide me DETAIL OF CHARGES WHICH REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED UNDER THE ACT. PROVIDE EXAMPLE OF CHARGES ALSO IF KNOW.
My another question is that in the following case whether we have to register the charge or not:- A company borrow money from a banking institute for purchase of cars and trucks on installment payment basis whether it should be registered its charge or not. is it mandatory???????
