06 April 2009 Compnay A LTD has given a corporate gurantee in favour of Z LTD.

Is it necessary to register this corporate guarantee given by A LTD with Registar of companies.(For registering charge on A LTD's assets)

07 April 2009 If you want to have a charge on the assets then you have to compulsorily register with roc and within 60days from the date of provision of corporate guarantee. The date cannot be extended therefore you have to file within time.Form 8 of Roc has to be filed.
