21 August 2014 I am partly qualified in B.Com Honours. Could I register for IPC on Provisional Basis?

22 August 2014 If you are in 3rd year then you should be able to submit your provisional/original degree or marksheet within 6 months of registration.
If you are in 2nd yr then you are not eligible.
