06 October 2011 If any assessee who has business in the name of individual and also HUF then whether service tax registration is mandatory for assessee if individual + HUF receipts increase by Rs.9 lacs???

07 October 2011 Individual & HUF both are different entities. For Service tax registration both receipts cannot be clubbed.

Rs 900000/- receipts should be considered seperately.
