Our client provide service of printing job work and this service is fully exempted as per service tax notification 25/2012 , 30(a) .so i want to know is he liable to register himself or not ?

Service Tax Registration is not mandatory for Carrying out Intermediate Production or Job Work. Since it is covered under Mega Exemption 25/2012.
