11 May 2015 Dear Sir, Ma'am,

My date of Complition of articleship was 24th April 2015.i have to Submit my form 108. i also have extention of 20days. My problem is i have done franking on form 107 on date 26th of April 2015, i.e. there is a gap of two days. Does it count as break of articleship as per statement in form 107. and if it does, what should i do.

Please help at earliest.

11 May 2015 if there is a break, then you cannot us form 107. kindly use form 102 and 103.

16 May 2015 but how would i know if this will be considered as Break in continuous training. as two days of gap was beacuse services of franking were not available by bank on Saturday and Sunday.

I Dont want to end up filling wrong form.

please please help me on this issue.

16 May 2015 filling form 102 and 103 is never going to cause any problem. and if you wished to file form 107, nobody stopped you to get it franked before saturday.
