I want to register a rented accommodation as the registered office of a proposed company. But the original rent deed between owner and the tenant(husband of proposed director) does not allow any sub lease.
Please advice me how to make it registered office.

12 February 2016 Alter the original rent deed and enter the provision of sub lease in that deed.
Because once you will file with ROC they will ask for the NOC of Original owner
