A Pvt Company is registered with address ABC. After one year the registered office has been changed to address PQR. Which address should appear on share certificates issued within first year and those issued after the change of regd office address? If the share certificates are printed with the original address, can the same share certificates be used for shares issued after the change of the registered office?

share certificates would bear the address prevailing at the date of their issue. so for certificates issued within first year the original address will be printed.
where share certificates are printed with the original address, u can paste stikers bearing new address on it.
