Can you please guide what are the formalities/steps that we need to follow if we want to change the registered office address change from once state to another for Limited Company (non listed)

14 October 2011 You have to pass a SR.

Apply to CLB for change of state. The CLB will give the approval.

Give the CLB approval and the SR to both the registrars and the new registrar will issue the change certificate.
