08 February 2014 my party pvt ltd has bness of purchase of onion, garlic in bulk from farmer and export to another countries... Then my question is whether is it lible yo register under indian food and safety act ????? reply as me as possible early

10 February 2014 It is called the "Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006" and all people who deal in agricultural produce - including transportors, etc - have to get registered. It is absolutely mandatory with substantial penalties.
