Register required under labour law

Following registers requirement under labour law:
Form XIII-Register of person employed
Form XV-Service Certificate
Form XX-Register of deduction for damage or loss
Form XXI-Register of fines
Is all the above register necessarily required
Actually I have pointed this querry in a audit but the client has reffered the to their Labour consultant

All are mandatory else you will have to answer to Labour Law visits & pay penalty for non mainenance of records.
