Based on your articleship commencement date you are eligible for May 2015 CA Final attempt.
As per the regulations and provisions of the ICAI those who are undergoing of the last six months of their articleship training period including excess leaves if any as on the first day of the exams commencing month are eligible to write exams for that attempt.
I.e means to get eligibility and write exams on May 2015 by you; you should be servicing your last six months of articleship training period as on 1-5-2015 including excess leaves. In one word to say on 1-5-2015 your remaining articleship training period shall be 6 months or below including excess leaves.
Now come to computation of your eligibility for May 2015 Attempt.
From 30-10-2012 to 30-4-2015 you shall be complete your articleship period for 2.5 years i.e 913 days. In such period maximum leaves allowed by the ICAI with out extension of your articleship training period(i.e no excess leaves) is 130 days. So provided if you didn't have more than 130 days leaves from 30-10-2012 to 30-4-2015 then you are eligible for Your CA Final May 2015 attempt.
You already said you taken 3 months leaves i.e 90 days and still you have 40 days leaves grace with out extension of your attempt eligibility. So your leaves is lower than the maximum allowable leaves so you are eligible for May 2015 attempt.

sir i joined articleship on 30 oct 2012 & got transfer on 6 march 2013 & again join articleship 3 may 2013 taken 40 day leave. when may exam due plz kindly suggest sir

Then from 6-3-2013 to 3-5-2013 considered as articleship sleeping period and doesn't counted as articleship training period. In such case your articleship training period days as on 1-5-2015 is 855 i.e means completed only 2 years and 4 months(approx) as on 1-5-2015 so you are in the last 8 months of articleship training(not last 6 months) period as on 1-5-2015 and not eligible for May 2015 attempt.

ICAI prescribing for the students who started their articleship on or after 1-5-2012 shall required to go for 2 GMCS and GMCS-I shall be go with in one year from the date of commencement of articleship.
The ICAI prescribed the above only but at any where it didn't prescribed what are the consequences if fail. So i think there is no problem we we fail to complete GMCS-I with in one year.

In any case or at any time for taking of termination of articleship employer's consent and willingness is compulsory and important.
with out willingness of student employer can give termination on the grounds of miss behavior but without employer's willingness can't take transfer.
So try to conveyance him to get termination if the conditions for taking termination after the completion of first year of articleship as per ICAi regulations. if not satisfied such conditions then keep silent and continue articleship because of now we can't do any thing.
However please specify the reason on which reason or grounds your friend want to take termination, Because of based on that reason i can try to give another way of suggestion to solve the problem if any.

then you have a chance to make a complaint against your employer. If you have proper evidence and willing to make a complaint against him then we continue further discussion otherwise forget termination view and continue articleship at him only bearing of his harassments etc...
In your case except making complaint to ICAI no any other way.

Yes, it provides scholarships when ever scholarship announced ICAI make notification at www.icai.org all the procedure and terms and conditions to get eligibility for such scholarship shall be indicate in such notification. As per the articleship commencement date provided by you at present you are undergoing of your articleship so at primaface i can you are eligible for such scholarship, So if all other conditions indicated in such notification you satisfied then eligible for scholarship and apply immediately.

sir i am confused about my attempt.I want to re-conformed once again so that i can prepared for exm. i firstly joined the articleship on-30/10/2012 and get transfer on 07/03/2013 and again join on - 03/05/2013 when my attempt is due may/nov2015 take no leave till date.

You are eligible to November 2015 attempt, Since you taken termination and joined into articleship after 2 months gap so your articleship shall be complete by 30-12-2015 instead of 30-10-2015, so as on 1-5-2015 you are servicing last 8 months of articleship training period(means not in last six months of articleship as on 1-5-2015).

Dear sir Actually I have filled the Form GNL-2 but following status is show- form is filed late one time due additional fees is required as per rule, 2014 in misc. along with copy of challan, Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed by 27/11/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956) But what will be the amount of additional fee Kindly suggest

A Pvt. Ltd. Co. is in existence since 1998 and has the same firm of auditors since inception. It does not fall into the class of companies prescribed u/s 139(2). It will reappoint its auditors in the AGM. Will it be an appointment for the next 5 years or will it be a simple reappointment till the next AGM ? What would be the resolution to be passed at the AGM ? Will it mention that XYZ & Co., Chartered Accountants are being reappointed till the conclusion of 6th AGM from this meeting or will it say that the CA firm is being reappointed till the next AGM ?
