Regarding traces log in

15 February 2016 Sir,

What will do , when " traces log in page " - Account Locked due to entering Wrong user id/password ?

Should email to TRACES, because they had sent Tds Intimation Mail to my co. email id or is there any other way to recover (user id & password)

Please its very urgent
