Regarding tds on payment of hoarding boards

Pls. make it clear that if I Paid to Advertising
agencies for Hording boards and who has al- ready taken a space from municipal corporation and give it to me for rent for monthly basis. now my question is whether it attracts for 94C or 94I

TDS will be deducted as per 194-I since it is mainly renting of space.
