13 May 2015 Sir, is there any provision to submitt the aquired land reciept to the AO on the time of refund claim of tds amount deducted u/s 194LA.

16 May 2015 no document except for the return filed/to be filed, is required to be submitted to tax officer unless specifically asked for.
