27 December 2019 SUPPOSE IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL GST NUMBER AND CREDIT OF TRANS IS AVAILABLE IN SGST THAN WHAT TO DO OF SUCH CREDIT.??
CAN WE CLAIM REFUND OF SUCH CREDIT..??

29 December 2019 No... Refund not available except sec 54(3) of CGST Act. The said ITC will be reversible if GST will be Cancel.
