Regarding presentation of balance sheet iteams

27 June 2016 Equity shares investments made by public company in its subsidiary as on 31.03.2016 amount of such investments will be paid with in 31st March -16 but at per ROC records shares title not yet transfer as on 31.03.2016 now the question arise such item of investment company whether it shown as a loans and advances or investment in subsidiary.

Please clarity with support to company and other concern allied laws.
