26 September 2014 you get 5 options:

1. use client's DSC to reset password

2. Use past return's acknowledgment no and bank a/c

3. answer secret question

4. Use OTP option wherein you need to provide a valid mobile no. and email id to receive OTP to reset the password

5. reset using login from certain online banking portals
