Regarding income tax on pf amount

I have withdrawal the PF amount due to left the job , and my service period is 4.5 years.
please advice me said amount is taxable or not, if taxable please explain.

29 August 2019 withdrawl of PF amount after completion of FIVE years of service is exempt. So to say yours is taxable.
