One Of Our Employee worked for April08 to June 08. we duducted the TDS. Now He requesting to issue form 16 for that period. The company filled the ETDS Return for that Quarter. The question is shal i issue form 16 Now or I Can Wait upto Completeion of the FY.
Please advice me any one with reference to the Sections.
