Kindly confirm me that if an assets is purchased on 1st march, 2010 for Rs. 5000, then what shall be the depreciation (as per companies act, schedule IX) on it. Whether it will be 100% i.e. Rs. 5000 or time period of put to use i.e. 1 month will be considered.
