If institute disallowed the request of transfer of seat and i do not want to go back to previous employer, then what step should i take further for convincing institute regarding transfer of seat.

If you taking termination with in one year from the date of commencement of articleship then you need not to required any proper reason for termination of articleship means you are free to take termination during your first year of articleship if your employer is willing to give termination.
In case you taking termination after completion of one year of articleship training then required to get approval from the ICAI with the reason to take termination, ICAI a shall approve only in the case the terms and conditions satisfied as provided by the ICAI for termination of articleship. If you not satisfied any of the conditions of ICAI for termination of articleship then you couldn't take transfer of your articleship and you shall complete your articleship training with the present employer only.
If you didn't have any proper reason as per ICAI conditions to take transfer and you didn't want to go back to your employer then the only one way is you have to wait till the completion of articleship date as per the form 103(Meanwhile this period also means you not attended the office even after rejection of termination by ICAI shall considered as leaves by your employer) and then submit form 108 in this your employer mention the leaves taken by you based on such leaves ICAI shall calculate and informs you the excess leaves taken by you and informs you then for such excess leaves period you register your articleship at any other member of ICAI as you want where to undergo.
However please provide the reason why because of you want to take transfer of articleship, because of based on this reason we can suggest any other way if possible.

I want to take transfer from my employer because of his mis behaviour and scolding without any reason. i am fed up of all such situations. so i want to register under some other CA. But i have completed 2 years of training and institute denied my request of changing seat to some other CA, because i request for change of seat on the basis of lack of face to face coaching in my city(but actual reason was as mentioned above). Now what should i do to change seat?

Not only you many of the students facing same problem like you during their articleship.
However if you have any evidence for the miss behavior of your employer then write a complaint letter to the ICAI with such evidence then only ICAI involve and allows you transfer you otherwise try to take transfer on the grounds of industrial training(for this purpose icai may permit you).
